The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. We are looking for innovative experts to be at the forefront of shaping our Retail content on digital platforms in China, turning concepts & ideas into tangible realities and exploring new technologies to create remarkable experiences for our customers and teams. This role will report directly with the World Wide Creative team and lead a creative studio in China, partnering closely with the local cross-functional teams to create content across the region. DESCRIPTION You will lead a team to bring best in class content to life across touch-points in China and drive new ideas, curation, and execution of content at scale both with an internal studio and external partners. You are a multi skilled creative who can direct work as both hands on team member and a leader helping people achieve their best and looking across multiple projects in different stages of creation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years experience creating campaigns & social content - directing & leading a team Portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, video, copy, type, and creativity Deep experience overseeing the making process from idea to execution Proven ability to develop original concepts, balancing strategy & high-level craft Deep understanding of creating and optimizing content for social media PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A super-user of Apple’s entire ecosystem Proven ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling work that resonates with audiences Savvy with the technical nuances of your craft including AI workflows Relentless focus on the user, ensuring that all design decisions are guided by a deep understanding of their needs, desires, and aspirations Visionary mindset, with the ability to paint vivid and easily understood pictures You can conceive, develop, and execute big ideas with attention to detail Strong design aesthetic, reflected in your understanding of Apple's brand values and commitment to excellence
