Responsibilities Handling of Court Orders (not limited to Bankruptcy, Winding-Up, Garnishee Orders, Injunction Orders) and Deceased matters Processing & monitoring of all deposit accounts relating to the above processes to ensure compliance Liaising with legal, lawyers, official assignees, public trustee on legal issues Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders for timely dissemination of information Performing credit operations tasks related to consumer banking, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and customer service Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all credit-related transactions and documentation Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues in credit operations Providing support and assistance to the Credit Operations team as needed Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit operations or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in using relevant software and systems for credit operations Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
