Cushman & Wakefield’s market leading Development & Strategic Advisory team is growing. We are looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our Leeds office and support the continued growth of our development advisory offer across Yorkshire and the North of England.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a key client-facing role offering exposure to major development and regeneration projects across both public and private sectors. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of professionals delivering commercially driven advice across a wide range of development uses including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and strategic land.

• Project management of a wide range of advisory and consultancy mandates
• Advising on market research, development strategy, site acquisition and disposal, development viability and financial modelling
• Preparing and reviewing development appraisals and feasibility studies
• Supporting the delivery of complex regeneration projects and partnerships with public and private sector clients
• Developing and appraising cases for financial investment from the public sector in property schemes
• Providing input into planning, land promotion and master planning processes
• Negotiating commercial terms and development agreements
• Collaborating across service lines including Planning, Valuation, Capital Markets, and Agency
