Banking department’s main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service as well as market and promote products and services that the Bank offers to its customers whilst adhering to Head Office’s and regulatory bodies’ requirements. As an Associate Customer Service - Mandarin Speaking, you will be required to focus on business development within both the existing portfolio and new business.
