INTRODUCTION

As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Contractbook, your primary focus will be onboarding new customers and ensuring they achieve value quickly.
You’ll be working with a diverse range of customers, primarily SMBs, guiding them through onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption and renewal.
This is an opportunity to apply technical expertise, streamline onboarding processes, and contribute to the broader customer success strategy, helping turn CS into a key revenue driver for Contractbook.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the onboarding experience for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they reach first value quicklu.
  • Utilise a scalable, one-to-many approach to customer success, including creating guides, webinars, and automation to streamline onboarding.
  • Ensure renewals are smooth while customers continue to get value out of our service and product.
  • Collaborate with support to resolve issues quickly and improve the onboarding journey.
  • Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions that enhance adoption.
  • Help refine and optimise onboarding processes, contributing to improving customer success at Contractbook.
