JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Associate Analyst role produces routine operational reporting and analytics leveraging existing toolsets. This role is also responsible for understanding proper validation techniques and executing routine data quality audits and monitoring existing data models. The Associate Analyst will also serve as Tier 1 support for triaging and routine requests from the field.

JOB SUMMARY:

• You will gain understanding of proper validation principles
• You will learn data model environment
• You will utilize basic SQL language skillset to troubleshoot and test reporting objectives
• You will present data formally and informally and facilitate discussion regarding data outputs
• You will provide moderate analysis and ad hoc operational reports as requested
• You will provide in depth “what if” analysis of data using available tools
• Execute data integrity/validation routines
• Utilize problem solving skillset to triage and solve basic business problems and issues
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to use data in improving usage and operational workflow
• Use and support database applications and analytical tools, evaluate data quality, applications, and workflow functions
• Format, execute, distribute, and interpret reports using the available tools
• Respond to requests for reporting using standard templates or pre-defined reporting
• Intake, triage, respond and resolve Help Desk requests from users
• Utilize standardized and consistent approach relating to Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics
• Execute routine production data processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working toward associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience
