We work closely with product managers, designers and digital delivery teams, making this an ideal environment for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving real‑world problems, and turning complex information into meaningful change. Your day-to-day As our Associate Data Analyst, you are the engine behind data‑driven decision making. Your work helps teams understand what’s happening, why it matters, and where opportunities lie. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy making insights meaningful, not just technically impressive. About You You’re someone who: •Can design and build clear, effective data visualisations. •Has strong conceptual business understanding and cares about the “why,” not just the “what.” •Learns quickly and shows persistence (tenacity!) in delivering something genuinely valuable. •Is curious, proactive, team‑oriented and comfortable communicating with people. •Doesn’t need to know every tool now but can show the capacity to learn.
