Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Data Analyst - UAE Nationals only to support business and product teams with data insights. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and grow within a high-impact environment. You will work with large datasets, build dashboards, support reporting needs, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across teams. Key Responsibilities Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other analytical tools Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to monitor key business metrics Support ad-hoc analysis requests from Product, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders Identify trends, anomalies, and performance improvement opportunities Assist in defining KPIs and tracking performance across different initiatives Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports Work closely with senior analysts and data engineers to improve data quality and processes Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Experience & Background 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field Strong academic background is a plus Technical Skills Strong SQL skills (must-have) Basic understanding of data modeling concepts Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is preferred Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus Analytical & Soft Skills Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail Good communication skills, able to explain insights in simple business language Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities Additional Information What You’ll Gain Exposure to high-impact projects across Product, Growth, and Operations Opportunity to work in a data-driven tech environment Strong mentorship and learning curve Career progression within Data & Analytics
