Associate Data Evangelist (Executive Grade) (Based at Bodyline-Horana) Bodyline specializes in producing fitted garments and superior next-to-skin performance wear; and is the go-to vendor for bra innovations. The company has evolved from making simple minimalist styles for a single customer to multiple styles and silhouettes across product categories for global brands. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join Digital team at Bodyline as an Associate Data Evangelist. This role would enable you to inculcate the data driven decision making and data driven solutions by understanding business needs in the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide management support in creating a structured data analysis framework in the areas of KPI metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics in a timely and effective manner. Structure and organize data sources by creating statistical models and predictive models wherever deemed necessary and ensure Effective problem solving whilst supporting lean team initiatives. Support to drive the rollout of the Talent Analytics framework across the division by engaging and interacting with plants & SBUs whilst driving the data cleaning process. Provide support to drive towards tangible business impact through the implemented solutions and provide assistance to wider teams within the division and share knowledge when demanded. Act as the custodian of the Analytics platform and its data whilst taking the initiative to improve strategies of capturing data and data storage thereby ensuring the continuous improvement of the existing framework. Support the Divisional Lean enterprise team initiatives through Analytics in order to ensure Effective problem solving. Communicate the findings on Analytics insights to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artefacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis to identify business opportunities and actions thereby improving productivity/efficiency. Act as the domain expert for Analytics and Data Science by displaying a good knowledge on Data science and the business process to enable a data driven decision making culture. Collaborate with subject matter experts across the group to promote data governance and stewardship whilst improving overall strategic and operational performance thereby ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization. Qualifications: Degree in Data & Computer Science or Business Analytics & Statistics. 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
