Presently this position is in a hybrid status with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office for collaboration, teamwork, and business needs. The status and minimum in-office requirements are subject to change based on evolving business needs.
Overview:
ProDriven Global Brands is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Data Integration Specialist who is eager to learn and grow while supporting data integration and automation efforts. This role will assist in gathering requirements, maintaining existing pipelines, and learning best practices under the guidance of senior engineers. The ideal candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and willing to develop technical skills in data integration and analytics. This position also involves exploring opportunities to learn how data insights and emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND ANALYSIS:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and application owners, to understand integration requirements.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
• Relevant certifications in integration or cloud technologies are a plus.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• 0–3 years of experience in data integration or related field, with exposure to building or supporting data pipelines through coursework, internships, or entry-level roles.
• Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, SQL, or Python; exposure to ETL and integration tools (e.g., Matillion, Fivetran, Jitterbit, HVR) is a plus.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of data integration and warehousing concepts, with interest in learning API design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in developing analytical and problem-solving skills to support business needs.
• Interest in exploring how AI/ML may be applied in data integration and automation.
• Exposure to Agile or other project management methodologies, through coursework, internships, or project work; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• General awareness of Azure or other cloud platforms; familiarity with DevOps concepts is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exposure to other integration tools and technologies (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts; awareness of CI/CD practices and tools such as Azure DevOps is helpful.
• Exposure to low-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and visualization is a plus.
