Associate: Debt Finance
Are you ready to make your mark as part of the Debt Finance Practice in our London office?
In addition to strong academic credentials, as an Associate, you should possess the drive and determination needed to thrive in a fast-paced practice, handling the legal intricacies of large-scale banking transactions. You will apply good judgment and excellent analytical skills to your work, be highly organized and self-motivated, you’ll be a team player with a strong professional presence and client focus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience within Banking, ideally with experience of leveraged finance transactions.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
  • Commercial and business awareness with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Client service focus and a team player.
  • Proactive, resourceful and takes initiative.
