Routine Tasks: * Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions * Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks * Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness * Package, label, and price self-service items accurately * Slice meats and cheeses, prepare custom sandwiches, and fulfill custom/special orders and party platters * Operate deli equipment safely, including meat and cheese slicers, ovens, knives, scales, and other Deli equipment * Assist with other tasks as assigned Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Prior deli or food preparation experience preferred * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Basic math and reading skills * Strong attention to detail and visual presentation * Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude * A passion for serving people Physical & Work Environment A Deli Associate performs their tasks primarily in the Deli department. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.
