WEB AND MOBILE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

  • Team Size: managed at least 2 projects with 8+ dedicated team members working on it at the same time
  • Experience working at an agency and/or communicating frequently with clients and stakeholders

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Fintech experience
  • Methodologies: Agile and Scrum
  • Technical Aptitude: understands platform integrations, APIs, etc
  • Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or ClickUp
  • MarTech: Experience working with marketing partners & systems (ie: Mandril, Wordpress, MailChimp)
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in managing projects to be well-planned, prioritized, and organized
  • Execute scrum and agile project methodologies
  • Champion team and client communications
  • Help break down stakeholder requests and solve problems
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, actively communicate impacts, and provide solutions
  • Own the roadmap and be able to provide updates and insights to product owners

PROJECT-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helps mentor and train internal and external teams on technologies being used, and products and services being offered
  • Contributes to product testing efforts ahead and propose improvements for future iterations
  • Responsible for product performance metrics and is able to triages anomalies, monitors for unexpected spikes, and reviews customer feedback
  • Owns 3rd party tooling & the respective accounts, ensuring user groups and billing/invoicing are kept up to date
