What to Expect
Tesla’s mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. The Residential Energy Demand Generation team in the region Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is core to this mission as we develop resources and lead programs to increase awareness and demand.
Tesla is looking for a Demand Generation Manager based in Berlin or Amsterdam to drive growth of residential energy products, e.g. Powerwall and Wall Connector, with a focus on Germany, but also across the region. The candidate is to help build and execute our marketing strategy across EMEA supporting Tesla channel sales teams and our Certified Installer partners and distributors. The overall objective is to increase Tesla’s residential energy sales while also enabling our partners to grow their top lines. This role will report to the Demand Generation Programs Lead in EMEA and will work closely with different global teams.
To succeed, this candidate must be energetic, highly organized, data-driven, and have a keen eye for detail. They should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to create exceptional marketing and communication campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be a supportive member of the team. They should be comfortable working in ambiguity and have a strong ownership mentality.
You will be working with a variety of stakeholders globally including engineering, design, web development, copywriters, sales, marketing peers in other regions and legal teams ensuring you deliver to objectives and while creating impactful marketing and communications campaigns across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the team with end-to-end demand generation campaigns for B2B and B2C
  • Work with the Marketing Programs Lead in Europe and other marketing team members to develop targeted strategies and execute activities that enable the Tesla Residential Energy channel sales teams and our external partners to hit their sales targets, esp. in Germany, but also across the region
  • You develop new digital campaign concepts and execute them in different countries to grow Tesla Energy awareness and generate leads
  • Support with set up and optimization of paid media campaigns, esp. on Google and YouTube
  • Work with external installation partners and distributors to ensure they can execute their marketing plan, esp. in Germany, but also in other countries, like the Netherlands
  • Work with our internal Design, Engineering, Sales and Content teams as well as external vendors to develop consistent and tailored localized messaging for different channels to increase Powerwall awareness and consideration understanding where our products fit in the market in different countries
  • Source, negotiate and execute marketing partnerships to increase Tesla Energy awareness and generate leads

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience developing and executing growth and marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and generating end customer leads
  • Skilled in CRM systems and multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns with strong analytical abilities to optimize customer journeys and reporting and experience in event management
  • Strong understanding of web content messaging, customer journeys and sales funnel KPIs
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional capability
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach and ability to lead projects independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English, one additional language required: Dutch, French or Italian.
  • Willingness to travel (~20%), primarily in Europe, with occasional global trips
