Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and routine cleanings
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health
- Develop treatment plans and discuss options with patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records using software
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active state dental license
- Proficiency in software for designing dental restorations
- Experience working with is a plus
- Familiarity with and electronic health records system
- Prior experience in a busy setting is preferred
