OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and have experience in molar endo and complicated extractions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in medical terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages, particularly children in pediatric dentistry.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
  • Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
  • Manage pediatric patients with a gentle and caring approach.
  • Utilize dental software system ( cleardent) for patient records and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and medical histories using Epic.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education.
