JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experience Associate Dentist to join our privately owned dental practice, 2 to 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed with the British Columbia College of Oral Professionals
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a dental office setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professionalism

    Pay: $800.00-$4,000.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct routine procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Utilize ClearDent dental software, and if proficient, utilize in-house milling and 3D printing
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed
  • Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, CDAs, sterilization tech, treatment coordinaator and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations
