We’re working with a long-standing mixed practice in the beautiful coastal town of Poole, Dorset, seeking an Associate Dentist to join their friendly and supportive team. With an established patient base, excellent UDA rate, and strong private income potential, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to enjoy both professional success and seaside living.

REQUIREMENTS:

• GDC registered
• Performer number required

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year post-FD (Or a confident Post FD dentist that is OK working a NHS target)

• Therapist currently in post
• Willing to invest in additional equipment to support private growth (e.g. scanner for Invisalign)
• Ideal for a confident dentist looking to work independently in a mixed settin

Start Date: ASAP – willing to wait up to 3 months’ notice
Days Available: Full-time or part-time considered – all days available
UDA Rate: £15 per UDA
UDA Target: 1000–1500 per day/per year expected
Private Split: 60% including labs
Established List: Yes – very stable list and good demand
