QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years Experience in General Dentistry
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be licensed in the state.
  • Provide a full range of general dental services, including exams, restorative, endodontic, preventive, prosthodontic, and emergency care
  • Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives as part of our mission driven care model
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education and best practices in clinical dentistry

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Provide high-quality restorative and preventive care, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and limited endodontic procedures
  • Deliver emergency dental care and pain management as needed
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, dietary habits, and preventive care
  • Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Refer patients to specialists as appropriate and coordinate care
  • Engage in community outreach programs, school screenings, or mobile clinic events when scheduled
