Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team at Georgian Dental Barrie and Georgian Dental Orillia. The role will have time split between both offices, allowing you to serve patients in both communities while working collaboratively with our dedicated dental teams. You will provide high-quality dental care, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options. Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care across both locations. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols. Participate in continuing education to stay current with dental advancements. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Licensed to practice in Ontario. Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
