We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and promoting oral health.

SKILLS

• Experience in dentistry favorable but new grads also welcome.
• Proficiency in using software for patient management and record keeping.
• Good communications skills and chairside manners.
• Valid BC dental license.
• Malpractice insurance.

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crown and bridge and preventative care.
• Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene and preventive care practices.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Maxident software and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
