OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The current associate of 5+ years is moving away so there is a stable and long term patient base already in place. New grads are welcome to apply and mentoring is available with the owner/main dentist in the practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental health. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • A commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, fixed and removable prosthodontics, BOTOX and preventive care.
  • Utilize digital tools and Cleardent software patient management and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
