Our well-established dental practice client, proudly serving the SW Calgary community for over 60 years, is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate to join our busy and supportive team. With a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a strong commitment to mentorship, this is an excellent opportunity for an Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. We are ideally looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience, but are also open to enthusiastic new graduates who demonstrate strong clinical skills, a willingness to learn, a patient-focused mindset and non-clinical attributes that set him or herself apart.   • Monday 7:30-3:30
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation:
40% of collections, with additional pay for hygiene exams and recall x-rays.

The Team & Facility

  • 6 operatories
  • 4 Hygienists
  • 2 Dentists (collaborative team environment)
  • 1 Treatment Coordinator
  • up to 3 Dental Assistants in rotation
  • Modern technology including:
  • 3Shape Trios IOS, chairside IOC,
  • Morita PAN/CBCT, 810 diode laser, digital charting, and PSP radiographs.
  • Practice management software:
  • Abeldent LS (latest version).

Clinical Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with and/or have experience in:

  • Anterior and molar endodontics
  • Simple and surgical teeth extractions
  • Implant restorations (preferred system Straumann)
  • Invisalign (or comparable clear aligner therapy)
  • Simple conventional orthodontics
  • Oral and nitrous conscious sedation
  • Periodontics & Pediatric dentistry
  • Restorative (amalgam, composite, crown & bridge, inlays/onlays)
  • Removable prosthetics (dentures)
  • Aesthetic dentistry
