JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in using CAD technology being a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
• Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic.
• Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
