The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a clinician who is confident, collaborative, and committed to
excellence. The ideal candidate will:
 Have at least 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
 Be well-versed in all general dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic,
and preventative care
 Hold Invisalign certification and have experience providing clear aligner therapy
 Possess a strong periodontal philosophy, emphasizing patient education, soft
tissue management, and periodontal therapy
 Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
 Demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and clinical growth
Position Details
 Part-Time (2–3 days/week) to start, with the opportunity for full-time based on fit
and growth
 Competitive compensation structure (daily minimum or % of production, based
on experience)
 Supportive and experienced team in a well-established practice
