• Provide high-quality general dentistry - confident and competent across everyday treatments.
• Focus on cosmetic dentistry: Invisalign, composite bonding, and smile makeovers will be core parts of your role.
• Use excellent communication and sales skills to educate patients and confidently convert treatment plans - helping them say yes to their dream smiles.
• Build a strong personal brand within the practice - we’ll support you with marketing and tools to grow your following and patient list.
• Be commercially minded: you understand the link between patient care, trust, and practice growth.

• Confidently handle endodontic and periodontal cases if needed (bonus, not a must).
