JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall patient experience while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of dental practice.

EXPERIENCE

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.

    Pay: $125,198.00-$146,477.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and cleanings.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow in the office.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
