We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall patient experience while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of dental practice.

EXPERIENCE

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and cleanings.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow in the office.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
