An exceptional opportunity is available for a motivated and growth-oriented associate dentist to join Royal Bay Dental Co., located in the beautiful and rapidly growing seaside community of Royal Bay, Colwood, BC.

We are now seeking an associate to step into a busy, well-established schedule supported by strong new patient flow, replacing a part-time dentist who built a thriving patient base.

MENTORSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

Whether you’re a newer dentist seeking rapid growth, or an experienced clinician looking for a meaningful, supportive environment—this is your place.
You’ll receive intentional mentorship from our principal dentist (Kois-trained, experienced in complex treatment planning, Invisalign, occlusion, veneers, injection molding, and more).
We focus not only on clinical excellence, but also on developing your communication and case acceptance skills—the key to full-case dentistry and a fulfilling career.
Expect to grow what normally takes 10+ years into just 2, if you commit to the process.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Competency in general dental procedures
• Ready to manage a full, efficient day
