We are looking to hire an experienced Associate Dentist to join our comprehensive dental practice. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong patient relationships with new and existing patients. They should have excellent treatment planning skills and an ability to effectively educate our patients about their ongoing oral health care needs.
Duties:
- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients
- Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental specialists when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and oral health
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
