POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Associate Dentist who is motivated, compassionate, and eager to provide comprehensive dental care in a busy, non-assignment practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in a professional and efficient environment while building long-term patient relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to both experienced dentists and motivated new graduates

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive services
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Deliver care in line with the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and infection control
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
