Associate Dentist Practice: Saugeen Shores Family Dentistry Location: Port Elgin Website: https://saugeenshoresfamilydentistry.com Role Type: Full-Time Role Hours: Monday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Tuesday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Wednesday (10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), Thursday (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), and Friday (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic care Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions Develop and present treatment plans with a patient-centered approach Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members Deliver exceptional patient experiences through clear communication and compassionate care Uphold clinical, ethical, and infection control standards at all times Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality care Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow within a long-term role Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment Practice Snapshot Practice Name: Saugeen Shores Family Dentistry Location: Port Elgin, Ontario Operatories Total Operatories: 7 Hygiene Operatories: 3-4 Dentist (DDS) Operatories: 3-4 Clinical Team Structure Number of Hygienists per Day: Monday: 3-4 alternating weeks Tuesday: 4 Wednesday: 4 Thursday: 4 Friday: 3-4 alternating weeks Specialty Services Offered: An Endodontist is scheduled approximately once per month, though availability can vary.
