For over 35 years, Village Square Dental Center has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental care to the Smithville community and the greater Niagara Region. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited university recognized by the RCDSO
• Active membership with the ODA or CDA and a current RCDSO license to practice in Ontario
• Knowledge of RCDSO guidelines, Health and Safety regulations, Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols, and other relevant standards
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with both patients and staff
• A kind, compassionate approach to patient care

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing a range of general dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, root canals, and oral hygiene procedures
• Performing emergency dental procedures as needed
• Providing clinical oversight to multiple Hygienists
