Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Dentist to join our exceptional dental office in West Kelowna, BC. As an integral part of our team, the Associate Dentist will provide high-quality oral health care services to our patients, continuing the tradition of dental excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
  • Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and oral health education.
  • Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
  • Manage emergency dental situations and provide necessary interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options and oral health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Stay current with new dental techniques, technologies, and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid license to practice dentistry in British Columbia.
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • If licensed and certified by the NDEB, must have 2 years of clinical experience in Canada

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience as a general dentist is preferred.
  • Experience in performing a variety of dental procedures.
  • Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is an advantage.
