Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Associate in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing outreach education programmes in maternal health, reproductive health, and family planning. Coordinate awareness sessions, workshops, and training activities in collaboration with faculty, clinical teams, and programme leads. Support the design and execution of women’s health campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Map outreach opportunities and establish linkages with schools, community organizations, NGOs, and healthcare facilities. Coordinate with internal academic and clinical teams to align outreach and research activities with departmental objectives. Maintain systematic documentation of programme activities, participation records, and outcomes for monitoring and evaluation purposes. Support grant-related and donor-funded project activities, including data collection, reporting, and compliance documentation. Maintain records of outreach contracts, financial tracking, and highlight budget variances to project leads. Build and maintain strong working relationships with community stakeholders and local health authorities. Requirements: You should have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or a related field from a recognized institution. 2–4 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, community engagement, health education, or research administration (preferably in maternal and reproductive health). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities. Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with data collection tools and monitoring frameworks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
