What You Will Do The position is responsible for Planning and controlling inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses, distribution centers, and factors mixing points to meet sales and distribution demand. Analyzes inventory levels, inventory positioning and production and sale forecasts. Key Responsibilities Define and set allocation logic: Define the transportation lanes: Ensure that the network model is up to date and reflect the different from-to-location options and their prioritization as per the business rules. To collaborate with E2E Supply Planning and transportation to define lead-time assumptions. Define inventory targets at destinations: Working with E2E Supply Planning and Segment Inventory planners, to be responsible for implementing and maintaining the inventory targets at the destinations leveraging the definition of inventory components and incorporating the structural inventory optimization assumptions Define prioritization rule: Agree with the E2E Supply Planning and business the way to handle the different types of demand (e.g. replenish shelf vs replenish DC) and how to allocate inventory across geographies in case of constraint Run and Validate distribution planning: Distinguish the different types of demand: Ensure that the distribution plan treats correctly the different type of demand (inventory replenishment vs customer demand) Rebalance network: Assess inventory coverage within the network and re-balance inventory spread within the network to maximize inventory turnover and customer service. Prioritize according to allocation logic: Assess and resolve all conflicts of the distribution plan when there is product availability constraint in consistency with the prioritization rule agreed with E2E Supply Planning and business. Update and share distribution feedback Maintain distribution plan in planning system and release it to all relevant Supply Chain function and update changes to reflect feedback of key stakeholders as required Execute the plan: Transfer Order Management: Establish, Track and report on key indicators of plan completion related to planning accuracy and efficiency Continuously evaluate indicators to identify deviation to the plan that requires corrective actions and to refine the distribution planning process to enhance its result. Export Management: Collaborate with affiliate entities to ensure on-time in full replenishment of their demand. Collaborate with supply points to ensure timely release and availability of goods to be shipped. Others Ensure master data is accurate and updated timely. Build and maintain strong relationships with upstream and downstream supply chain partners. Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience, including direct experience in supply/ demand planning Proficiency with software application – Excel, SAP and planning/ scheduling tools. Has good understanding of financial flows and associated product flows. Proactive thinker, meticulous, rigorous with a problem-solving mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills In depth Supply Planning knowledge and its discipline Detail oriented with the ability to see big pictures. Able to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms. Able to make decisions based on data and business acumen. Able to influence at his level within the Supply Chain, Finance & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally. Able to develop and coach teams from all cultures and geographies. Customer and business focused – determined to deliver successful outcomes in a cost-effective way.
