Are you a passionate and creative individual with a keen eye for design and a love for the beer, beverage, and hospitality industry? We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer / Marketing Creative to join our dynamic team and help us bring our brands to life! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing team and Senior Designer/Brand Manager, contributing to a wide range of design and illustration projects. You’ll play a vital part in developing compelling designed and photographed visuals that resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of the beer, beverage, and hospitality industry.
• Strong grasp of Adobe Creative Suite (highly preferred), with experience using relevant design tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Proficiency in photography and/or videography, with an understanding of lifestyle, tabletop, and promotional photo/video.
• Demonstrated photography and/or video editing skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• A creative outlook with the ability to collaborate on and deliver a wide range of concepts.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving company-wide goals.

• Design & Illustration: Assist with the creation and refinement of brand design, print and digital materials, posters, advertisements, logos, social campaigns, and various other assets.
• Content Creation: Collaborate on concepts and create for posters, events (on-site and off-site), social media campaigns, general visual content, and written copy for monthly guest social and email campaigns.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in Marketing team meetings and relevant cross-departmental meetings to understand the broader company goals and how design and marketing contribute to success for Pilot Project and our owned and incubated brands.
• Photography & Videography: Assist with capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos (lifestyle, tabletop, promotional) relevant to the hospitality and beverage industry. Assist with photographing events and promotions to build an archive of evergreen assets.
• Event Support: Provide creative photo and design assets for on-site and off-site events, tastings, and festivals, ensuring they meet and exceed industry standards.
