Summary As the Associate, Digital Activation your primary role is to provide support and assistance in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Strategy and Digital Activation teams to ensure the smooth implementation of digital strategies across various channels. Responsibilities Learn and utilize Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. Coordinating with team members to develop campaign plans and strategies. Develop interest targets following agency and client-specific best practices Assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Supporting activation teams by performing quality checks and utilizing campaign management tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. Compiling and organizing campaign data for reporting to clients. Assist with daily budget pacing and Prisma inputs Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to write insights for ongoing client reports Maintaining digital marketing calendars to ensure timely campaign execution. Support the translation of data and research into meaningful insights, stories and brand strategies. Monitor client, competitor and industry changes Conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. Education Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience Qualifications Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts - Works well in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT Ability to learn media tools and software Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally #LI-CJ1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range $34,000—$60,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
