The Digital Campaign Manager (Business) is responsible for developing and driving data-led digital marketing initiatives in My Optus app to support small business customers. Working closely with digital and customer engagement teams, the role uses insight to identify opportunities, build a roadmap, and deliver campaigns that drive high-intent demand, customer growth, and retention. Success is measured through key performance indicators aligned to both customer experience and commercial impact
This end-to-end role requires strong experience in digital CX, CRM marketing, and benefit-led messaging. The Digital Campaign Manager will collaborate across the business to deliver targeted, personalised content at scale, continually optimising through data, reporting, and innovation. A strategic thinker and effective communicator, the ideal candidate will champion efficiency, leverage marketing tech and AI, and uphold Optus values while delivering measurable results
Your day in the life of a Digital Campaign Manager at Optus
Identify, prioritise and deliver digital initiatives in partnership with customer engagement and digital teams, using data and insight to drive high-intent demand, customer growth, and retention via the My Optus app.
Develop and implement targeted, personalised campaigns at scale supported by best-in-class CX, aligned to broader strategy and consistent with other customer communications.
Achieve measurable outcomes aligned with KPIs, report on campaign performance and drive continuous improvement to enhance future results.
Ensure efficient campaign delivery, maximising automation, shared learnings, and streamlined processes to boost speed to market without compromising quality.
Improve the impact of My Optus app real estate, serving the most relevant, benefit-led content to customers at the right time and balancing engagement messaging with sales content.
Stay up to date with and apply emerging tech, including data, MarTech and AI capabilities, to innovate and optimise campaign performance across all initiatives
Your skills to pay the bills
Relevant professional qualifications and equivalent hands on experience in Telco or service industries and a strong background in B2B and CRM marketing.
Proven end-to-end campaign experience, particularly in digital channels, with a focus on personalisation and customer-centric execution.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce), data analysis, digital CX, and campaign optimisation, with a strong commercial approach.
Ability to use insights to advise strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes aligned to key metrics.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive, with strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in complex, fast-paced environments
