As an Associate Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the Digital Acquisition Manager with hands-on execution of daily digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational work with analytical thinking and collaboration across teams, particularly in SEO, SEM, and content management. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing ELCA’s digital presence, contributing to performance tracking, and supporting category managers in achieving their acquisition objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the Digital Acquisition Manager with hands-on involvement in daily digital marketing tasks Work closely with Category Managers on SEO and SEM initiatives to help achieve their business and acquisition goals Act as a super user of the CMS, entering and managing content across ELCA websites Collaborate with developers to optimize the backend for usability and the frontend for user experience and performance Input, publish, and update online content for the company’s websites Monitor web analytics and performance metrics, identifying trends and suggesting optimization measures Contribute to monthly KPI reporting by extracting data and creating PowerPoint presentations Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend-watching on market evolutions Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and emerging trends (including GEO research and trends) Support visibility improvements through data-driven insights and recommendations Use and maintain digital marketing tools within the Martech stack (e.g. SEMrush, Crazy Egg) to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities Perform administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution and functionality of marketing activities
