THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing search campaigns across biddable channels, with a strong focus on Search (Google Ads, MSA) and Retail Media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Loblaws, Instacart, etc.)
  • Broader exposure to other biddable channels such as Programmatic (DV360), or Paid Social (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest)
  • Strong knowledge with optimisation tools such as SA360 and Pacvue.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning and execution across full funnel tactics (upper, middle, lower funnels)
  • Leveraged automation (rules, scripts) to manage and optimise campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns that have exceeded benchmarks
  • Previously worked in digital roles alongside other Account Executives / Account Managers / Programmatic Traders
  • Industry platform certifications across programmatic/search/social channels
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira, Monday.com etc)
  • Worked in previous agency/publisher roles preferred

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Digital Media Manager plays a critical role in activating & managing Canada Reckitt digital campaigns in-platform. You will own the day-to-day management of assigned digital campaigns within key media channels across all Reckitt Core brands – responsible for ensuring the correct campaign set-up, reviewing media performance, undertaking regular campaign optimizations & sharing performance recommendations.
The Applied Media Science (AMS) team works closely with both external partners & internal teams to ensure Reckitt’s campaigns are activated with excellence in-platform. Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you will work together on implementing best practice in-platform as well as supporting on media activation planning & activation tasks.
