How will you make an impact in this role? iPlus team is the Product Owner of the Enterprise Incentive Management Product/Tool: Varicent ICM. Team’s vision is to automate controls across end-to-end Incentive Management & continue to enable timely & accurate incentive payouts for Sales and Servicing colleagues across the enterprise (GS/GTLS, GCS, ICS, GMNS), with strong focus on strengthening controls, driving efficiencies, and improving user experience. This role is for managing the iPlus PO and Servicing for Sales Incentive Payouts. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze key business requirements and identify KPIs, business drivers etc. • Coordinate effectively with architects, technical team, and business team to convert business requirements into technical stories as well as deliver on iPlus features. • Develop end to end business understanding as well as System architecture to better support Business needs. • Design and implement Varicent workflows, rules, and calculations to meet business needs and ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines. • Drive complete User Acceptance Testing starting from scenario identification to complete execution. • Identify and deliver on future looking features to drive better customer experience. • Your duties will involve the troubleshooting of data issues, creating reports, working with the team at aspect of the incentives process. • To ensure all payouts go out on time and error-free Skills/Capabilities Functional: 3-5 Years of Experience in resolving and optimizing complex business problems using Varicent ICM Must have detailed business knowledge around the incentives process and business rules (ramifications of exceptions) Understanding of sales performance management domain Expertise in design / development / Testing (SIT/UAT/QAT) i.e. all stages of SDLC Knowledge of User experience principles Experience of End-to-End Software Product Solution implementation Experience of User story drafting (Agile perspective) Technical Varicent ICM Platform ( MUST HAVE) HTML, CSS & Java Script RDBMS / Big Data / Hadoop Rally & JIRA SQL Preferred: · Exposure to other Incentive platforms like Callidus, Anaplan etc. · Experience in Data analytics and Automation We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
