Responsibilities:
IN THIS ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ROLE, YOU WILL
- Provide technically sound and commercial accounting advice for complex accounting issues and transactions.
- Set, implement, and advise on the application of accounting policies throughout the Group.
- Assess the impact of proposed new accounting standards to the Group.
- Represent the Group in the financial reporting community and influence accounting standard setters in the best interest of the Group.
- Play a key role in the design and preparation of the Group’s half-year and full-year external financial reporting to ensure compliance with the Corporations Act and accounting standards.
- Review Group and subsidiary financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
