Job Description Develops, implements and maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, etc. Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations. Balances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements. Monitors and develops monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects. Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. The salary range for this opportunity starts at 5000 EUR gross per month. Required Skills A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Extensive experience in accounting or finance, with a significant portion in a managerial or supervisory role ( 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management is required). Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and financial reporting. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
