Job Description Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle project Civil design for semiconductor facility and utility projects, from concept, basis of design, detailed engineering, construction support. Develop site development designs including grading, drainage, roadways, paving, utilities corridors, and earthworks for semiconductor facilities. Prepare civil design drawings, calculations, and technical reports in compliance with local codes, client standards, and international best practices. Support master planning and plot plan development considering cleanroom buildings, sub-fabs, utility buildings, and support infrastructure. Coordinate underground and above-ground utilities such as stormwater, sanitary sewer, potable water, reclaimed water, fire water, and process utility corridors. Interface with wet utilities, dry utilities, and process utility teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs. Support hydraulic analysis for stormwater management, detention/retention systems, and flood mitigation. Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, architectural, MEP, process, and construction teams. Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and value engineering workshops. Address RFIs and support design changes during construction phases. Support permitting documentation and responses to authority comments. Provide civil engineering support during construction, including review of shop drawings, method statements, and site queries. Assist in resolving site-related issues and design clarifications Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above. Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities is highly desirable. Undergraduate degree (master’s preferred) in Civil engineering/Hydraulics or related field. Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and multidisciplinary model reviews is an advantage. Knowledge on Site Grading Layouts, site development work, Design of Storm water drainage layouts, sanitary sewer system, chemical/effluent drainage system, tankage area layout, Asphalt and Concrete Road & RC Pavement Knowledge of Indian codes is mandatory. Familiarity with US, BS, Eurocodes is a plus. Working knowledge of current industry software, including Sewer Gem, Water GEM, Civil 3D, Naviswork, Arc GIS and Hec RAS/ HEC-HMS Strong coordination and communication skills for working with global and cross-functional teams. Time management and people management skills will be valuable.
