As an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (ideally in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field)
  • Preferred Certifications such as Certified AI Consultant (CAIC) or other relevant AI consulting certifications

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with organizations to identify, assess, and analyze their unique business challenges, offering solutions to enhance their AI Strategy
  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budged throughout all lifecycle phases and maintain an integrated project plan
  • Design and recommend AI solutions, including machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automation tools
  • Assist clients in the selection and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide training and support to clients on AI tools and best practices
  • Provide insights to clients’ teams by sharing industry-leading practices and guiding them towards optimal solutions.
  • Own and expand client relationships by advising clients on best practices for managing their business processes, overseeing project scope, and ensuring excellent client service
  • Foster business development opportunities by networking within existing clients, participating on proposal teams in securing new client work, and generating leads from a network outside of existing client work
  • Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
  • Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent
