WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 10+ years of professional experience in Paid User Acquisition and ASO.
• 3+ years of experience leading and growing a high-performing app marketing team
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset: you embrace ownership, take bold, data-driven risks, and relentlessly pursue innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth
• Strong understanding of mobile tracking platforms (e.g., MMPs) including hands-on experience with integration and troubleshooting
• Experience interpreting, and optimizing multi-touch attribution models and/or marketing mix modeling (MMM)
• Ability to identify and close tech/setup gaps quickly (e.g., partner with product, tech, and marketing stakeholders to launch or optimize new campaigns)
• Understanding of digital marketing disciplines from digital display, paid social media, OTV, SEO, PPC, e-commerce, social media, and affiliate marketing
• Excellent communication skills. You will be the go-to person for multiple marketing and communication teams. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, testing new approaches, and learning from both successes and failures

THE ROLE

As App Paid Associate Director in our Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading a team driving key consumer activations through our applications. You will lead the expansion of our App Acquisition efforts in a cost-effective manner while contributing to our full-funnel consumer journey strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead a team that runs all the app paid marketing activities (including ASO)/ Partner with other Paid Marketing teams to run other channels’ app campaigns.
• Work on improving the channel infrastructure by:

• i) identify tech/setup gaps preventing to running such channels, resolve them, and assist the team in launching the new campaign;

• ii) partner with tech, product, and other marketing stakeholders to release improvements in the app funnel and experience to improve app paid performance;
• iii) build the infrastructure to increase the efficiency of the team (budgeting automation, incremental regression analysis, etc..);
• iv) coordinate and deploy different messaging on ads and app store landing pages in collaboration with the brand team and the other performance marketing team involved;
• v) Collaborate with the marketing data product team to improve the integration of the app-paid channel into the MMM model
