REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree. Additional degree in business preferred
  • 5+ years experience in marketing function in pharmaceuticals (Rx or OTC) / or nutraceuticals industry / Consumer goods industry
  • Demand generation through:
  • HCPs, KOLs and scientific associations in healthcare environment, collaborating with medical sales force
  • Direct to Consumer Marketing through Traditional and Digital levers collaborating with retail sales force
  • Need to be strong in one of the above
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, leading delivery on brand needs.
Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set and lead aspirational growth of brand / portfolio through driving penetration growth &/or market share growth in line with organizational aspirations, and through innovations.
  • Understand consumer & customer journey, competitive and regulatory environments in key affiliates to develop brand strategies and insights based brand campaigns to influence key external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, consumers (end-users), caregivers and retail partners.
  • Actively participate in the development of business plans in key Affiliates, identifying opportunity areas and providing input to modify marketing programs to address changes in the marketplace
  • Understand and provide data-based recommendations for investments across key levers across affiliates to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams and affiliate marketing teams to deliver on brand needs (improving brand claims, portfolio innovations and execution)
