YOUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing operations of a global large-scale infrastructure service.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You will be leading the global AWS Cloud Engineering team working to enable critical use-cases as well as improve foundational cloud computing capabilities for Lilly. Additionally, you will be working as part of the larger Cloud Engineering team on strategy for all cloud services offered to Lilly. In this role, you will work closely with various teams and customers to ensure the reliability, performance, innovation and continuous improvement of our cloud services.
This role will lead a team working with the latest AWS cloud services. Our goal is to improve all aspects of our cloud services availability and reliability through repeatable patterns, new architectural designs, and observability improvements to prevent outages to help increase value across the organization.
