Job Description
The Associate Director s the technology solution owner, business relationship manager, and portfolio manager for Market Access function, with focus on Executive and Field insight solutions for US Market Access leadership. The MA Solutions lead is expected to lead a team of Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to identify and deliver the strategic and tactical needs of the Market Access Insights, Marketing, Area/Field and Leadership stakeholders.
This role is responsible for proactively working with business leaders and their staff to document business strategies, financial, analytical and operational demands, provide appropriate technology consultation, guide cross-functional business and BTS stakeholders, in order to successfully influence/develop Market Access capabilities in US Commercial organization. Additionally, the potential candidate will liaise with Market Access 360/GTN platform lead, Channel center of excellence lead and MABI center teams, and have oversight to all implementation activities within the portfolio and is expected to proactively identify areas of opportunity, process improvements, and cost efficiencies across these technology solutions.
To be successful, the candidate is expected to have techno-functional expertise within healthcare data ecosystem across Contracting, Trade, Payer/PBM, Provider data solutions. Success of the candidate will be measured based on BTS’s performance to strategic roadmap, timely management of risks, development insights related to industry trends and benchmarks, and management of opportunities for improvement.
