Job Description
Our diverse Melbourne-based Building Services Team are currently looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a group of Principal Level engineers. Your role will be split across people management and project delivery, including assisting with the design and delivery of projects across; Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Civil Infrastructure, Defence, Commercial and Community/Leisure projects across the State.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or another Building Services-related discipline) with experience in direct team management and a people leadership role.
  • Ideally, 12+ years of experience in the Building Services sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects as a Lead Engineer, Project Manager, or Design Manager across diverse market sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource planning and resource mapping across multiple multi-disciplinary building services engineering projects.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers from various disciplines as the Project Lead, leveraging your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.
  • CPEng / RPEQ and/or RBP Accreditation (highly advantageous) with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage with clients, consultants, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes
